The ULN2803AFW is designed as high voltage, high current darlington drivers comprised of eight darlington pairs. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
ULN2803AFW has five features. (1)Output current single output would be 500mA max. (2)Its high sustaining vltage output would be 50V min. (3)Output clamo diodes. (4)Inputs compatible with various types of logic. (5)Package type-AFW would be SOL-18pin. Those are all the main features.
