The ULN2003AP series are high-voltage,high-current darlington drivers comprised of seven comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs.All units features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay,hammer,lamp and display(LED)drivers.It has many unique features: the first one is output current(single output) is 500 mA max. the second oen is high sustaining voltage output is 50 V min. The third one is output clamp didoes.The forth one is inputs compatible with various types of logic,etc.

There are some maximum ratings about ULN2003AP when Ta is 25.Output sustaining voltage(VCE(sus)) is -0.5 V to 50 V. Output current(Iout) is 500 mA/ch. Input voltage(Vin) is -0.3 V to 30 V.Clamp didoe reverse voltage(VR) is 50 V. Clamp didoe forward current(IF) is 500 mA.Operating temperature(Topr) is -40 to 85.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to 150.Otherwise, there are also some electrical charactersitics about it.Output leakage current(ICEX) is 50 uA when VCE is50 V and Ta is 25.Collector-emitter saturation voltage(VCE(sat)) is 1.1 V typ and 1.3 V max when Iout is 200 mA and Iin is 350 uA . Clamp didoe reverse current(IR) is 50 uA max when VR is 50 V and Ta is 25.
