Description

The ULN2003AN is designed as one kind of high-voltage, high-current darlington array device that is ideally suited for interfacing between low-level logic circuitry and multiple peripheral power loads. And this device has series input resistors for operation directly from 6 V to 15 V CMOS or PMOS logic outputs, and is pinned with outputs opposite inputs to facilitate ease of circuit board layout.
