ULN-3330

The ULN-3330 is a kind of optoelectronic switch. It provides light detection and low-level signal processing in single three-lead packages. The monolithic integrated circuit, requiring no external components, meet the need for cost-effective light-sensing devices in comsumer and industrial applications. It includes a 30-mil by 30-mil photodiode, a high-gain current amplifier, a comparator with 12% hysteresis, output driver stage, and voltage regulator.

There are some features as follows: (1)photodiode with: on-chip amplifier, on-chip comparator with hysteresis, on-chip power driver and on-chip voltage regulator; (2)sensitive switch points; (3)operation to 30 kHz; (4)plastic or hermetic package.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage, VCC: 15 V; (2)output voltage, VOUT: 15 V; (3)output current, IOUT: 25 mA; (4)operating temperature, TA: -40 to +70; (5)storage temperature range, TS: -55 to +150 for suffix D and -55 to +110 for suffix T.
