UH6PD has nine features. (1)Very low profile: typical height of 1.1mm. (2)Ideal for automated placement. (3)Oxide planar chip junction. (4)Ultrafast recovery times for high frequency. (5)Low forward voltage drop. (6)Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. (7)AEC-Q101 qualified. (8)Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC. (9)Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of UH6PD have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its maximum average forward rectified current would be 6.0A. (3)Its peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load would be 90A. (4)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those values listed in the absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
