UH1PB has seven features. (1)Very low profile: typical height of 1.0mm. (2)Ideal for automated placement. (3)Oxide planar chip junction. (4)Ultrafast recovery times for high frequency. (5)Meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. (6)Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC. (7)Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition.
