UES804

The UES804 is specifically designed for operation in power switching circuits operating at frequencies of at least 20 KHz. Features of this device are:(1)very low forward voltage (1.15 V);(2)very fast recovery time (50 nsec);(3)high surge capability;(4)low thermal resistance;(5)mechanically rugged;(6)both polarities available.

The absolute maximum ratings of the UES804 can be summarized as:(1)peak inverse voltage: 200 V;(2)maximum average D.C. output current @ Tc=100 : 50 A;(3)surge current, 8.3 mS: 500 A;(4)thermal resistance, junction to case: 8 /W;(5)operating and storage temperature range: -55 to +150 .
