UES2604

The UES2604 is specifically designed for operation in power switching circuits operating at frequencies of at least 100 KHz that is in the economical convenient TO-3P package. This series of device combines two high efficiency devices into one package, simplifying installation, reducing heat sink requirements and the need to purchase match conponents. Features of this device are:(1)very low forward voltage (1.15 V);(2)very fast recovery times (50 nSec);(3)low profile package;(4)mechanically rugged;(5)low therma resistance;(6)PIV up to 150 V.
