UES1501

The UES1501 is specifically designed for operation in power switching circuits operating at frequencies of at least 100 KHz that is in the economical convenient TO-220 package. This device combines two high efficiency devices into one package, simplifying installation, reducing heatsink requirements and the need to purchase matched components. Features of this device are:(1)very low forward voltage (1.15 V);(2)very fast recovery time (50 nsec);(3)high surge capability;(4)low thermal resistance;(5)mechanically rugged;(6)economical convenient TO-220 package.
