The UDZ10B is designed as one kind of surface mount precision zener diodes.
It has four features. (1)Ultra-small surface mount package. (2)Ideally suited for automated assembly processes. (3)Very sharp breakdown characteristics. (4)Very tight tolerance on zener breakdown voltage. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be 200mW. (2)Its thermal resistance junction to ambient air would be 625°C/W. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
