UDZ10B

The UDZ10B is designed as one kind of surface mount precision zener diodes.

It has four features. (1)Ultra-small surface mount package. (2)Ideally suited for automated assembly processes. (3)Very sharp breakdown characteristics. (4)Very tight tolerance on zener breakdown voltage. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be 200mW. (2)Its thermal resistance junction to ambient air would be 625°C/W. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics (test at Ta=25°C unless otherwise specified) of UDZ10B are concluded as follow. (1)Its marking code would be BI. (2)Its zener voltage range would have the minimum value of 9.77V and the maximum value of 10.21V at Izt of 5mA. (3)Its maximum zener impedance would be 30ohms at Izt and would be 60ohms at Izk of 0.5mA. (4)Its maximum reverse current would be 0.1uA. (5)Its maximum reverse voltage would be 7.0V. (6)Its shipping would be 3000 tape&reel. And so on.

And some mechanical specifications of UDZ10B are concluded as follow. (1)Its case would be SOD-323 plastic. (2)Its case material would be UL flammability rating classification 94V-0. (3)Moisture sensitivity would be level 1 per J-STD-020A. (4)Its terminals would be solderable per MIL-STD-202 method 208. (5)Polarity would be cathode band. (6)Its weight would be 0.004 grams approx.
