DescriptionThe UCC27201DR is designed as one kind of 120-V boot, 3-A peak, high frequency, high-side/low-side driver device that can be used in (1)half-bridge applications and full-bridge converters; (2)isolated bus architecture; (3)two-switch forward converters; (4)active-clamp forward converters; (5)high voltage synchronous-buck converters; (6)class-d audio amplifiers; (7)power supplies for telecom, datacom, and merchant markets applications.
