UCC1807D-1

The UCC1807D-1 is a Programmable Maximum Duty Cycle PWM Controller.It is one of the UCC3807 family of high speed, low power integrated circuits contains all of the control and drive circuitry required for off-line and DC-to-DC fixed frequency  current  mode  switching  power  supplies  with  minimal  external parts count.

Features of the UCC1807D-1 are:(1)User Programmable Maximum PWM Duty Cycle;(2)100A Startup Current;(3)Operation to 1MHz;(4)Internal Full Cycle Soft Start;(5)Internal Leading Edge Blanking of Current Sense Signal;(6)1A Totem Pole Output.
