UCA

      UCA is a +125°C surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
      UCA has four features .The first one is that Capacitance Range is from 10 to 330 F.The second one is that UCA is standard case sizes.The third one is about high reliability.The last one is about automatic insertion applicable.
      The following is about the specications of UCA.Capacitance tolerance should be within ±20% at 120Hz and 20°C.Operating temperature range should be at from -40°C to +125°C.Dissipation factor (Max)at 120Hz and 20°C is as follows.WVDC is 10V corresponding to tan is 0.32.WVDC is 16V corresponding to tan is 0.24.WVDC is 25V corresponding to tan is 0.2.WVDC is 35V corresponding to tan is 0.18.WVDC is 50V corresponding to tan is 0.32.Leakage current is 0.01 CV or 3A whichever is greater when time is 2 minutes.Impedance ratio at -40°C/20°C(120Hz) is 12 when WVDC is 10V.Impedance ratio at -40°C/20°C(120Hz) is 8 when WVDC is 16V.Impedance ratio at -40°C/20°C(120Hz) is 6 when WVDC is 25V.Impedance ratio at -40°C/20°C(120Hz) is 4 when WVDC is 35V.Impedance ratio at -40°C/20°C(120Hz) is 4 when WVDC is 50V.When Capacitance change 30% of initial measured values,Dissipation factor 300% initial specified value and Leakage current100% Initial specified value,the load life of UCA shoule be 2,000 hours (1,000 hours for 8x6.2) at 125°C with rated voltage.Under the same condition,the shelf life of UCA shoule be 1000 hours at 105°C with no voltage applied. This is about Resistance of UCA to Soldering Heat.Capacitors placed on a 250°C hot plate for 30 seconds with their electrode terminals facing
downward UCA will fulfill the conditions which is that Capacitance change 10% of the initial measured value ,Dissipation factor 100% of specified value and Leakage current 100% of specified value after being cooled to room temperature.
