Description

The UC2842AN is one member of the UC2842 family which is designed as the currentmodE PWM controller that providesthe necessary features to implement off-line or DC to DC fixed frequency current mode controlschemes with a minimal externalparts count.

Features of the UC2842AN are:(1)optimized for off-line and DC to DC converters low start-up current (< 1 mA) automatic feed forward compensation; (2)pulse-by-pulsecurrent limiting ; (3)enhanced load response characteristics ; (4)under-voltage lockout with hysteresis; (5)double pulse suppression; (6)high current totempoleoutput ; (7)internally trimmed bandgap reference; (8)500 KHz operation ; (9)low RO ERRORAMP.
