The UC1823B is designed as one kind of high speed PWM control ICs. Performance enhancements have been made to several of the circuit blocks. Error amplifier gain bandwidth product is 12MHz while input offset voltage is 2mV. Current limit threshold is guaranteed to a tolerance of 5%.
UC1823B has nine features. (1)Improved versions of the UC3823/UC3825 PWMs. (2)Compatible with voltage or current-mode topologies. (3)Practical operation at switching frequencies to 1MHz. (4)50ns propagation delay to output. (5)High current dual totem pole outputs (2A peak). (6)Trimmed oscillator discharge current. (7)Low 100mA startup current. (8)Pulse-by-pulse current limiting comparator. (9)Latched overcurrent comparator with full cycle restart. Those are all the main features.
