UAGB1313F

The UAGB1313F is designed as one member of the 1313F series which are right angle type tri-colors.

UAGB1313F has thirteen features. (1)Its package is right angle type, milky white resin. (2)Outer dimension 2.7 x 1.35 x 1.0mm (L x W x H). (3)Temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C and its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (4)No lead package and lead-free soldering compatible. (5)RoHS compliant. (6)Dominant wavelength would be 470nm blue and 525nm green and 572nm yellow green and 606nm orange and 622nm red. (7)Spatial distribution would be 135deg for UB. (8)Its die materials would be InGaN for UB, UG and AlGainP for YPY, NFA, NFR. (9)Its rank grouping parameter would be sorted by luminous intensity and wavelength per rank taping. (10)Assembly method is auto pick & place machine (auto mounter). (11)Soldering methods is reflow soldering and manual soldering. (12)Taping and reel is 3000pcs per reel in a 8mm width tape (standard) and reel diameter is 180mm. (13)Its ESD is 1KV (HBM). That are all the main features.
