UAA4000

The UAA4000 is designed as one kind of remote control transmitter with some features such as:(1)ultrasonic or infra-red transmission;(2)direct drive for ultrasonic transducer;(3)direct drive of visible LED when using infra-red;(4)very low power requirements;(5)pilse position modulation gives excellent immunity from noise and multipath reflections;(6)single pole key matrix;(7)switch resistance up to 1K tolerated;(8)few external components;(9)anti-bounce circuitry on chip.Also the UAA4000 is an easily expandable,32 command,pulse position modulation transmitter drawing zero standby current.
