Description

The µc-controlled telephone circuit U4090B-P is a linearintegrated circuit for use in feature phones, answeringmachines and fax machines. It contains the speech circuit,tone ringer interface with DC/DC converter, sidetoneequivalent  and ear protection rectifiers. The U4090B-P is linepowered and contains all components necessary foramplification of signals and adaptation to the line.

An integrated voice switch with loudspeaker amplifier U4090B-P allows loudhearing or hands-free operation. With ananti-feedback function, acoustical feedback duringloudhearing can be reduced significantly. The generatedsupply voltage of U4090B-P is suitable for a wide range of peripheralcircuits.
