Description

U2784B is a low power twin PLL manufactured with TEMIC's advanced UHF process. The maximum operating frequency is 2200 MHz and 200 MHz respec tively. U2784B features a wide supply voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5 V. Prescaler and power down function for both PLL's is integrated. Applications are DECT, DCS 1800 and WLAN.
