The TZA3043 is a high speed transimpedance amplifier with AGC designed to be used in Gigabit Ethernet/Fibre Channel optical links. TZA3043 amplifies the current generated by a photo detector (PIN diode or avalanche photodiode) and converts it to a differential output voltage.
