TXK

      TXK is a +105°C long life radial lead aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
      TXK has five features.The first one is about high frequency.The second one is low impedande.The third one is about  extended life.The fourth one is that its voltage range is from 160 WVDC to 450 WVDC.The last one is that capacitance range is from 3.3 F to 330 F.
      The following is about the specications of TXK.Capacitance tolerance should be within ±20% at 120Hz and 20°C.Operating temperature range should be at from -40°C to + 105°C or -25°C to + 105°C.Dissipation factor at 120Hz and 20°C is as follows.WVDC is 160V corresponding to tan is 0.15.WVDC is 200V corresponding to tan is 0.15.WVDC is 250V corresponding to tan is 0.15.WVDC is 350V corresponding to tan is 0.24.WVDC is 400V corresponding to tan is 0.24.WVDC is 450V corresponding to tan is 0.24.When temperature range is -25°C/20°C,Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 3 corresponding to WVDC is 6.3V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 3 corresponding to WVDC is 10V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 3 corresponding to WVDC is 16V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 6 corresponding to WVDC is 25V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 6 corresponding to WVDC is 35V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 6 corresponding to WVDC is 50V.When temperature range is -40°C/20°C,Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 4 corresponding to WVDC is 6.3V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 4 corresponding to WVDC is 10V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 4 corresponding to WVDC is 16V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 6 corresponding to WVDC is 25V.Impedance Ratio(Max.) @120Hz is 6 corresponding to WVDC is 35V. Leakage Current is 0.06 CV or 10A under the condition of WVDC< 450 WVDC and time=2 minutes.The load life of TXK shoud be 5000 hours at +105°C with rated WVDC when capacitance change 25% of initial measured value,dissipation factor 200% of initial specified value and leakage current 100% of specified value.The shelf life of TXK should be 1,000 hours at +105°C with no voltage applied.Units will meet load life specifications.When D=10 orD>10 ,temperature respectively is +65°C,+75°C,+85°C,+95°C and +105°C corresponding to Ripple Current Multipliers respectively is1.8,1.65,1.5,1.25 and 1.0.When D=10,Frequency respectively is 120Hz,1kHz,10kHz and 100kHz corresponding to Ripple Current Multipliers respectively is 0.25,0.61,0.88 and 1.0.When D>10,Frequency respectively is 120Hz,1kHz,10kHz and 100kHz corresponding to Ripple Current Multipliers respectively is 0.35,0.66,0.89 and 1.0.
