• Low-Power CMOS Technology
• Generates a Clock Output With a Frequency of 12 MHz, 8 MHz, 6 MHz, or 4 MHz
• Available in a 40-Pin Dip Package or a 64-Pin TQFP Package
• Requires a 48-MHz Crystal or Oscillator Input
• Uses a 3.3 V and 5 V Power Supply
