The TTCALB is one kind of the AT&T T-Type temperature-compensated crystal oscillator(TCXO) is designed for use in both CMOS,TTL and low-power sine wave applications.It is available in either commerical or industrial temperature ranges and in frequencies between 1.0 MHz and 20.0 MHz.The T-Type TCXO is compatible with a 14-pin DIP footprint.Typical applications for the T-Type TCXO are in cellular and mobile telephones and radios.

Electrical characteristics of the TTCALB are:(1)center frequency range:TTL/CMOS outputs:1.0 to 20.0 MHz,clipped sine wave output:10.0 to 20.0 MHz;(2)operational temperature range:commercial:0 to 70°C ,industrial:-40 to 85°C ;(3)frequency stability:versus temperature:0°C  to 55°C  is +0.5 or -0.5 ppm;-30°C  to 70°C  is +2 or -2 ppm;-40°C  to +85°C  is +3 or -3 ppm;versus supply voltage is +0.25 or -0.25 ppm and versus aging is +1.0 or -1.0 ppm/year;(4)supply voltage:4.75 to 5.25 V;(5)supply current:1.0 MHz to 15 MHz is 15 mA,>15 MHz 20 mA,clipped sine wave is 2 mA;(6)output levels:output high is 4.5 V,output low is 0.5 V;(7)transition times:rise time is 10 ns.fall time is 10 ns;(8)storage temperature:-55 to 125°C .
