TSD035 has five features. (1)Low loss asymmetrical diffusion structure. (2)Interdigitated gate structure. (3)Very low TQ with gate assited turn-off. (4)Fully characterised for operation up to 40KHz. (5)Directly compatible with 220-425V AC mains. Those are all the main features.
Some blocking state and conducting state characteristics of TSD035 are concluded as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage (for all voltage classes) would be 10V. (2)Its max forward leakage current would be 5mA. (3)Its max reverse leakage current would be 100mA. (4)Its peak forward current at 20KHz would be 40A. (5)Its peak one cycle surge current (non repetitive) would be 400A. (6)Its I2t for fusing would be 800A2s. (7)Its max forward voltage drop would be 2.4V. And so on.
Also some switching and gate characteristics of TSD035 are concluded as follow. (1)Its gate assisted turn-off time (with feedback diode) would be typ 5us and typ 3us.
