TSC396

The TSC396 is designed as one kind of dual differential line driver / receiver that can be used in undustrial logic applications which  requiring high immunity to electrical noise. Also it can be used in (1)differential line driver or line receiver;(2)line repeater;(3)single-ended line driver or line reciver;(4)alternate to Motorola MC696.

Features of the TSC396 are:(1)differential inputs and outputs;(2)internal bias, reference and hysteresis sources;(3)low output impedance;(4)useful for single-wire input / output applications;(5)MOS compatible inputs;(6)power supply range of 11 V to 16 V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TSC396 can be summarized as:(1)continuous supply voltage: 16.5 V;(2)pulsed supply voltage (less than 100 ms): 18 V;(3)input voltage (any input): -0.5 to +18.0 V;(4)storage temperature: -65 to +150 ;(5)lead temperature (1 / 16 inch from case 10 sec max.): 300 .
