TSC373

The TSC373 is a synchronous reversible (up / down) counter featuring master-slave flip-flops with active outputs. The outputs of the flip-flops are triggered by a low0to-high level transition of either of two clock inputs while the other is high. Provision has been made for setting information into the flip-flops. Whenever the load enable input is low, the flip-flop outputs will change to agree with the data inputs.

Features of the TSC373 are:(1)choice of output - decade;(2)high noise immunity - 3.5 volts min;(3)carry and borrow outputs for N-bit cascading;(4)clear input is independent of count and load;(5)individual preset to each flip-flop;(6)synchronous operation.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TSC373 can be summarized as:(1)continuous supply voltage: 16.5 V;(2)pulsed supply voltage (less than 100 ms): 18 V;(3)input voltage (any input): -0.5 to +18 V;(4)surge sink current less that 100 ms at 25 : 20 mA;(5)storage temperature: -65 to +150 ;(6)lead temperature (1 / 16 inch from case 10 ns max.): 300 .
