The TSC306 is designed as one kind of quad 2,2,3,3-input active pullup NOR gates. It contain two 2-input NOR gates and two 3-input NOR gates. The active pullup and 10mA output drive current of the 306 allow it to drive moderately long lines with no loss of noise immunity.
TSC306 has four features. (1)Versatile configuration. (2)Active pullup outputs. (3)Open collector outputs, collector OR'able. (4)Iohl=10mA drives lines up to 10 feet. Those are all the main fetaures.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TSC306 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its continuous supply voltage would be 16.5V. (2)Its pulsed supply voltage less than 100ms would be 18V. (3)Its input voltage any input would be from -0.5V to 18V. (4)Its surge sink current less than 100ms at 25°C Ta would be 35mA. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (6)Its lead temperature 1/16 inch from case 10 seconds max would be 300°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of TSC306 at Vcc=10V are concluded as follow. (1)Its input threshold voltage low would be 5.0V. (2)Its input threshold voltage high would be 6.5V. (3)Its input current low would be max -1.0mA. (4)Its output low voltage would be max 1.5V. (5)Its output low voltage drving TTL would be 400mV max. (6)Its output high voltage would be min 9V.
