TSA3100

The TSA3100 is designed as one kind of optically isolated AC switch device that has some points of features:(1)R.M.S. on-state current: 0.1 to 3.0 A;(2)repetitive peak off-state voltage: VDRM= 400, 600 V;(3)isolation voltage between input to output: 3000 VAC (t=1 min.);(4)thickness of inner insulation material: 0.8 mm (min.);(5)creepage distances, clearances for insulation between input and output side: 6 mm (min.);(6)TTL drive is available.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TSA3100 can be summarized as:(1)control input current: 50 mA;(2)forward current derating: -0.7 mA/;(3)peak forward current (100 us pulse, 100 pps): 1 A;(4)reverse voltage: 5 V;(5)repetitive peak off-state voltage: 400 V or 600 V;(6)R.M.S. on-state current (sine waveform, R.M.S.): 0.1 to 3 A;(7)peak one cycle surge on-state current (non-repetitive): 30 (50 HZ) or 33 (60 HZ) A.
