TS59C11

The TS59C11 is designed as one kind of 1000 bit serial CMOS EEPROM that can be used in very stable electrical characteristics over the entire supply voltage range, and is particularlyintendedfor professionaland telecom applications (active filter, etc). The internalphasecompensation of this device allows stable operation as voltage follower in spite of its high gain-bandwidth products.
