The TS4962IJT is designed as a differential class DBTL power amplifier. Able to drive up to 2.3W into a 4 load and 1.4W into a 8 load at 5V. It achieves outstanding efficiency (88% typ) compared to classical AB-class audio amps. Typical applications include cellular phone, PDA, notebook PC.

TS4962IJT has fourteen features. (1)Operating from Vcc=2.4V to 5.5V. (2)Standby mode active low. (3)Output power 3W into 4 and 1.75W into 8 with 10% THD+N max and 5V power supply. (4)Output power 2.3W at 5V or 0.75W at 3.0V into 4 with 1% THD+N max. (5)Output power 1.4W @5V or 0.45W at 3.0V into 8 with 1% THD+N max. (6)Adjustable gain via external resistors. (7)Low current consumption 2mA at 3V. (8)Efficiency 88% typ. (9)Signal to noise ratio 85dB typ. (10)PSRR 63dB typ at 217Hz with 6dB gain. (11)PWM base frequency 250kHz. (12)Low pop & click noise. (13)Thermal shutdown protection. (14)Available in flip-chip 9 x 300um in lead free. That are all the main features.
