The TS3L301DGGR belongs to TS39150 series which are using process with a PNP pass element for high current, high accuracy and low dropout voltage regulators and they are fully protected against over current faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, over temperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes.
