The TRSL-9340-CXX0G series single mode transceivers is low power, high performance CWDM modules for bi-directional serial optical data communications such as SONET OC-48 IR / SDH STM-16, gigabit Ethernet and 1X/2X Fiber Channel. There are eighteen center wavelengths available from 1270 nm to 1610 nm, each step 20 nm. A guaranteed minimum optical link budget of 18 dB is offered. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well CWDM DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section of the TRSL-9340-CXX0G uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A LVPECL logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.
