TRS-9380CG

The TRS-9380CG series single mode transceivers is low power, high performance module for bi-directional serial optical data communications such as SONET OC-48 LR-2 / SDH STM-16 (L-16.2), Gigabit Ethernet and 1X/2X Fiber channel. This module TRS-9380CG is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1550 nm. The transmitter section of TRS-9380CG uses a multiple quantum well laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A LVPECL logic interface of TRS-9380CG simplifies interface to external circuitry.
