TRS-7020G

The TRS-7020G series single mode transceivers is low ower, high performance module for bi-directional serial ptical data communications such Gigabit Ethernet and ibre Channel. This module is designed for single mode iber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm. The ransmitter section of TRS-7020G uses a multiple quantum well laser nd is a class 1 laser compliant according to International afety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses an ntegrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in n optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL ogic interface of TRS-7020G simplifies interface to external circuitry.
