The TRM5934AN is designed as a lightwave transmitter for OC-12.It has some features such as:(1)complied with SONET/SDH standard;(2)DFB laser diode;(3)operation at the rates of 52 Mb/s to 2488.32Mb/s at 1.3 um wavelength and (4)uncooled laser with automatic optical power control for constant output power over;(5)hermetically sealed,20-pin DIP;(6)low-power-alarm performance monitors.
