TPS812 has six features. (1)Compact side-view epoxy resin package. (2)High speed response which would be 5.5us for tpLH and 2.5us for tpHL. (3)High sensitivity which would be 0.3mW/cm2 max. (4)Digital output would be open collector. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TPS812 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 17V. (2)Its output voltage would be 30V. (3)Its output current would be 50mA. (4)Its collector power dissipation would be 250mW. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 85°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C.
