The feature of TPS77428DGK are as follows: (1)open drain power-good (PG) status output; (2)250-mA low-dropout voltage regulator; (3)available in 1.8-V, 2.7-V, 2.8-V, 3.3-V, fixed output and adjustable versions; (4)ultra low 92-mA quiescent current (Typ); (5)8-pin MSOP (DGK) package; (6)low noise (55 mVrms) without an external filter (Bypass) capacitor; (7)2% tolerance over specified conditions for fixed-output versions; (8)fast transient response; (9)thermal shutdown protection.
