The TPS75401-Q1 is designed as fast transient response 2A low dropout voltage regulator with power good. It is low dropout regulators with integrated power-on reset and power good (PG) functions respectively. TPS75401-Q1 is capable of supplying 2 A of output current with a dropout of 210mV. Quiescent current is 75 A at full load and drops down to 1 A when the TPS75401-Q1 is disabled. It has fast transient response for larger load current changes.
TPS75401-Q1 has eleven features. (1) Qualification in accordance with AEC-Q100. (2) Qualified for automotive applications. (3) Customer-specific configuration control can be supported along with major change approval. (4) ESD protection exceeds 2000V per MIL-STD-883, method 3015; exceeds 200V using machine model (C = 200 pF, R = 0). (5) 2A low-dropout voltage regulator.
