The TPS73001 low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear voltage regulators features high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient responses a small SOT23 package. ach device in the family is stable, with a small 2.2-F ceramic capacitor on the output. The TPS73001 uses an dvanced, proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process to, yield low dorpout voltages (e.g.120mV at 200 A.TPS73030).Each device achieves fast start-up times (approximately 50 s with a 0.001-F bypass capacitor) while consuming low quiescent current (170 A typical).
