TPS65145PWP

The TPS65145PWP is designed as triple output LCD supply with linear regulator and power good which offers a compact and small power supply solution to provide all three voltages required by thin film transistor (TFT) LCD displays. The auxiliary linear regulator controller can be used to generate a 3.3-V logic power rail for systems powered by a 5V supply rail only. Typical applications of TPS65145PWP include TFT LCD displays for notebooks, TFT LCD displays for monitors, portable DVD players, tablet PCs, car navigation systems and industrial displays.

TPS65145PWP has thirteen features. (1) 2.7V to 5.8V input voltage range. (2) 1.6MHz fixed switching frequency. (3) 3 independent adjustable outputs. (4) Main output up to 15V with <1% typical output voltage accuracy. (5) Negative output voltage down to -12V / 20mA. (6) Positive output voltage up to 30V / 20mA. (7) Auxiliary 3.3V linear regulator controller. (8) Internal soft start. (9) Internal power-on sequencing. (10) Fault detection of all outputs. (11) Thermal shutdown. (12) System power good. (13) Available in TSSOP-24 and QFN-24 PowerPAD packages. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of TPS65145PWP have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its voltages on pin VIN would be from -0.3V to 6.0V. (2) Its voltages on pin Vo1, SUP, PG would be from -0.3V to 15.5V. (3) Its voltages on pin EN, MODE, ENR would be from -0.3V to VI +0.3V. (4) Its voltage on pin SW would be 20V. (5) Its power good maximum sink current (PG) would be 1mA. (6) Its operating junction temperature range would be from -40°C to 150°C. (7) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C.
