TPS5430-EP

The TPS5430-EP is a high-output-current pulse-width modulation (PWM) converter that integrates a low-resistance high-side N-channel MOSFET. The TPS5430-EP device is available in a thermally enhanced, easy-to-use 8-pin SOIC PowerPAD package.
