TPIC2322

      The TPIC2322 is one kind of monolithic logic-level power DMOS array that consists of three electrically isolated N-channel enhancement-mode DMOS transistors configured with a common source and open drains.The TPIC2322 is offered in a stardard eight-pin small-outline surface-mount(D) package and is characterized for operation over the case temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
