The TPA311DGN is designed as a bridge-tied load (BTL) or single-ended (SE) audio power amplifier developed especially for low-voltage applications where internal speakers and external earphone operation are required.
TPA311DGN has eight features. (1)Fully specified for 3.3V and 5V operation. (2)Wide power supply compatibility 2.5V to 5.5V. (3)Output power for Rl=8 which would be 350mW at Vdd=5V, BTL and 250mW at Vdd=5V, SE and 250mW at Vdd=3.3V, BTL and 75mW at Vdd=3.3V, SE. (4)Shutdown control Idd=7A at 3.3V and Idd=60A at 5V. (5)BTL to SE mode control. (6)Integrated depop circuitry. (7)Thermal and short-circuit protection. (8)Surface mount packaging SOIC and powerPAD MSOP. That are all the main features.
