The TP5015 is designed as one kind of UHF linear power transistors,it is NPN gold metallized transistors using diffused ballast resistors for reliability and ruggedness. TP5015 are specifically designed as low power drivers,having high gain and can be operated in class A,B or C.Features of this type of product are:380-512 MHz,1.5W-Pout,24V-Vcc and high gain-11dB min,class A @ 470 MHz and gold metallization for reliability.
