TOX9000

The TOX9000 is designed as one kind of high radiance GaAIAs IR LED for applications requiring high power from a point source and fast response time. Features of the TOX9000 are:(1)point source emitter(2.5 mil.dia.);(2)high electrical bandwidth/fast response time;(3)high reliability;(4)hermetic package-TO46 (also available with no lens can for custom lensing).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TOX9000 can be summerized as:(1)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(2)case operating temperature:-55  to +125 ;(3)lead solder temperature:260 ,10 seconds;(4)continuous forward current:150 mA;(5)reverse voltage:1 V.
