TOTX180

The TOTX180A is designed as the fiber optic transmitting module for simplex digital signal transmission, there are some features as follows: (1)data rate: DC to 6 Mb/s (NRZ code); (2)transmission distance:up to 1000 m;(3)ceramic package type; (4)TTL interface; (5)LED is driven by differential cuicuit.

The absoulte maximum ratings of the TOTX180A can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature: -40  to 85;(2)operating temperature: -40 to 85;(3)supply voltage: -0.5 to 7 V;(4)input voltage: -0.5 to VCC+0.5 V; (5)soldering temperature: 260. And the recommended operating conditions are:(1)supply voltage: 4.75 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.25 V max; (2)high level input voltage: 2.0 V min and VCC max; (3)low level input voltage: 0 V min and 0.8 V.
