TOED100

The TOED100 is a kind of fiber optic transmitting module for middle distance transmission. There are some features of TOED100 as follows: (1)data rate: DC to 20 Mb/s (NRZ code); (2)digital data transmission with the external circuit; (3)JIS F01 (FC) type fiber optic connector; (4)transmission distance: 0.2 to 2000 m (IF=50 mA) and 0.2 to 1500 m (using TA8513P).

The following is about the maximum ratings of TOED100(Ta=25): (1)storage temperature, Tstg: -40 to 85; (2)operating temperature, Topr: -40 to 85; (3)forward current (DC), IFDC: max 75 mA; (4)forward current (pulse), IFPK: max 120 mA; (5)reverse voltage, VR: max 3 V; (6)soldering temperature, Tsol: 260.
