TMP88CK48N

The TMP88CK48N is designed as the high speed and high function 8-bit single chip microcomputer which contain large capacity RAM, multi-function timer / counters and a 10-bit AD converter, serial interfaces.

TMP88CK48N has many features. The first one is 8-bit single-chip microcomputer TLCS-870/X series. The second one is 24 interrupt sources (external 6 and internal 18). The third one is input / output ports (56 pins). The fourth one is 16-bit timer / counters 2 channels. The fifth one is time base timer. The sixth one is divider output function.
