TMP88C060F has many features. The first one is 8-bit chip microcomputer TLCS-870/X series. The second one is minimum instruction execution time 0.32us at 12.5MHz. The third one is external memory expansion. The fourth one is 18 interrupt sources (external 6 and internal 12). The fifth one is input / output ports (42 pins). The sixth one is two 16-bit timer / counters. The seventh one is time base timer. The eighth one is divider output function. The ninth one is watchdog timer.
