The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of TMP87PM74ZFG: The first one is supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 6.5V. The second one is about its program voltage which would be from -0.3V to 13.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and it would be from Vdd-40V to Vdd+0.3V for source open drain ports.
